On Wednesday 8th May we welcomed guest speakers from Dovercourt Swimming Pool to talk to the whole school about staying safe around water. The children were taught about helping themselves and others stay safe and were introduced to the Swim Safe campaign which we will be taking part in during the Summer Term. At St Joseph's we take every opportunity to encourage our children to learn important water safety messages particularly as we are lucky enough to be in a seaside location. We always enjoy welcoming visitors and appreciate them sharing their knowledge and time with us.
