Class 1 is a mixed aged class of Reception and Year 1 pupils.  We admit 17/18 Reception age pupils and carefully select up to six Year 1 pupils who will benefit from a play based curriculum and focused group intervention.

In Class 1 learning is inspired by a weekly book.  The classroom is set up for continuous provision with focused spaces for teacher-led group work.
